3 Dude Cast

We're back for the first time in a long time to try and jump start this thing that we love and have missed doing. This first post-election dudecast gives us a chance to reflect on all the things that have changed this year, the changes in the year ahead, and just kind of wrap our heads around the nightmare that was 2020. We also return to a certain pizza shop that started it all in our very first sketch. Thanks for waiting. We missed doing this. 

This week we're talking about the terrors of the deep. The ocean is a frightening and massive entity about which we know shockingly little. We talk about the ocean as a biome, as a symbol, as a setting, and as a psychological terror. We also redefine the viking funeral. 

This week we're talking about mindblowing facts - the bits of science and nature that we don't even really understand. We're not the brightest guys in the world either, but some of this stuff is truly astonishing to us. Along the way we buy and sell some frogs, sample some sugar free soda, and advocate to put things in your butt. Pretty par for the course. 

This week we're back around the table for the first time in MONTHS. Feels good, man. Special guest Kristy joins us to talk about the hobbies and habits we've picked up since the whole COVID thing. We also talked a lot of mad bullshit involving hummingbird fingers, bronies, a big tower of people fucking that is also on fire, and way more. This is the product of a ton of repressed podcast energy, and we're happy to share this with you. 

In this time of absolutely-everything-is-on-fire, we talk about the people in our lives we have looked up to. The people who made us wanna be better, who inspired us, who gave us a leg up, and also how those heroes change over time. It's hard to be optimistic right now, even though there are glimmers of hope. This week we're talking about the best in us. And also what French Stewart is up to. I mean really, what IS French Stewart up to? 

Today we're discussing space travel, in real life and in sci-fi, and our favorite aspects of it. The Starman Tesla is out there somewhere, alien life is waiting to be met, and we're talking about what excites us the most about it. We also dip into some accidental fetish discussion, but we rebounded, kind of. 

This week we're talking about restaurants. God, we miss them. The experience of sitting down somewhere and having a meal seems like a lifetime ago. We talk about our best restaurant experiences, our worst restaurant experiences, and who to trust about a good restaurant (spoiler alert: maybe avoid asking white people). The duding from home continues. Join us. 

This week, or this month, or whatever time it is, we're duding from home and trying to recreate that classic 3 dudes style over the internet. We kinda did our best, and I dunno, not sure how well it worked out, but we're, you know, doing our best. We talk about business: what we'd do if we were our own bosses. Except it was somehow mostly about porn. Except for the fact that none of us want to do porn. I dunno. It's an episode. We miss this and we miss you. 

This week our guest Quizzy Questionport is our own personal Sean Evans, conducting our Hot Ones Knockoff: 3 Hot Dudes. We're answering spicy questions and eating spicier wings. Six rounds, six wings, and a whole lotta burping. 

This week we're talking about philosophy! How do we know what we know? Do we know what we know? What is knowledge? Define "know?" Define "we?" You really can roll it that far back when you're talking philosophy, and we do. We talk about some of the philosophers we know and like, we talk about nihilism and solopsism and determinism and Buddhism and kind of a lot of things, honestly.
