3 Dude Cast

This week we're talking about where we are and what we're up to again, in another edition of the State of the Dude-ion. Some of us got married. Some of us are polyglots. Some of us are home improvement guys now. We'll let you guess who is who. 

This week, our host Kristy is walking us through the genealogy of some phrases that have lodged themselves in our heads for the last many years or so. The history and chronology of all your "favorite" "jokes" [emphasis on those quotes] like "ARRITE" and "It's Been A Long Time (CLAP CLAP)" and "NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THAT IS." We also talk a bit about John Wayne doing Debbie doing Dallas, the horrible story of Fatty Arbuckle that is almost certainly slanderous, and an unforgettable image of Dean Martin in boots. We're always sorry for this show but we're really sorry for this one. 

This week we're talking about Reddit. Reddit is endlessly fascinating, filled with layer after layer of in-jokes, obsessions, weirdly specific interests, incredibly specific fetishes, and more. This week, we talk with our host Dan about some of the better and worse parts of Reddit, some internet culture of the distant past, and the darkest season of The West Wing that ever aired. 

This week Drog is looking for recommendations for his new gaming rig. The dudes talk awesome games of the past and present, play a pretty bizarre Would You Rather, and discover yet another euphemism for jerkin' it, as is our wont. 

This week we're talking about the body, medicine, and how weird it all is with our guest Chuck (you may know him as Cliff). We talk about the ways that the body can fail and the various ways to insert a two liter of coke into your rectum. We also plug a new Roger Sickbastard medication. This week we're taking a bit of a departure from our typical format: our first debate episode! We all staked out some positions and are willing to go to bat for them. We make our arguments, argue them out, and assign some winners. This is probably going to be a thing again. Also there was a pretty solid fart. 

Tonight we're talking about our favorite games. The games that defined our childhood, our first games, and the games we come back to over and over again. This is a long episode, endured by our new pet, a stinkbug named Peter Stinklage. We let him free after the episode, but not before he was forced to endure hours of conversation about games, puberty, and a very near return to McDoublewatch. We didn't, but we wanted to. 

This week we're talking about the things that scare us. Or don't scare us. Actually, it might just be that Drog is a big baby. We also do Would You Rather: Nightmare Genitals Edition, and finally, long awaited and often promised, the Bloodcurdlin' Shriekin' Jay Hawkins story, Part 1. 

This week the dudes are talking about their favorite TV shows. There's lots that we like and lots that we didn't like quite so much. We get a movie-centric game of Reality Or Bullshit, and get a few voicemails from the good men over at Roger Sickbastard Enterprises. 

This week we're talking about cars with our host, Dan. Surprisingly, this has never been a topic. Along the way we discuss where our balls are positioned on our bodies, a fifteen foot tall Starfleet officer, and play an exciting new trivia game. Come dude with us!
